CrossRC EMO X4 1/8 RTR Scale Crawler
The CrossRC EMO X4 is a large-scale 1/8 crawler that combines a long-wheelbase pickup body with the capable EMO X off-road platform. Its substantial size, detailed hard body and functional scale accessories give it an imposing presence on the trail, while portal axles, a two-speed transmission and remotely selectable differential locks provide the capability required for demanding terrain.
Available in both brushed and brushless RTR configurations, the EMO X4 lets drivers choose between smooth, dependable brushed power or the increased efficiency and control of Hobbywing's Fusion 8IGHT brushless system.
Large-Scale Pickup Design
The EMO X4 features a distinctive long-wheelbase pickup body with separate cab and rear-bed sections. Exterior details include nylon wheel arches, a roof rack, recovery boards, fuel containers and a detailed interior with a driver figure.
A concealed quick-release system allows easier access beneath the front body section while preserving the truck's realistic appearance.
Two Power-System Options
The Brushed RTR version is equipped with a 560 25T brushed motor and Hobbywing QuicRun WP 880 electronic speed controller. It provides predictable throttle response and smooth low-speed control for scale trail driving.
The Brushless RTR version uses the Hobbywing Fusion 8IGHT FOC 4269 integrated brushless motor and ESC system rated at 1800KV. This system provides increased power, efficiency and precise low-speed control in a clean integrated package.
Two-Speed Transmission and Selectable Differential Locks
A remote-selectable two-speed transmission lets the driver switch between controlled low-range crawling and a faster gear for open trails.
The front and rear differential locks can also be operated remotely. This allows the drivetrain to be adjusted from the transmitter according to the terrain, without stopping to make manual changes.
Portal-Axle Trail Capability
Integrated portal axles increase ground clearance beneath the axle housings, helping the X4 travel across rocks, roots and deeply rutted terrain.
The chassis uses reinforced suspension links and large-diameter 20 mm CNC aluminum shocks to support the vehicle's size and weight. A rear stabilizer system helps reduce excessive body roll and improves stability during trail driving.
Durable EMO X Drivetrain
A front-biased chassis layout helps maintain front-wheel traction while climbing. Metal centre driveshafts and powder-metal drivetrain gears provide durability under demanding off-road loads.
The X4 rides on 2.2-inch beadlock wheels fitted with 136 × 55 mm TALON MT crawler tires, providing a large contact area and an appropriately aggressive scale appearance.
Scale Lighting
The integrated lighting system includes synchronized vehicle lights and two high-output spotlights. The lighting complements the detailed pickup body and improves visibility during evening trail driving.
Ready to Run
Both versions arrive assembled and factory painted with the selected motor system, steering and auxiliary servos, lighting system, receiver and transmitter installed.
A compatible battery, charger and transmitter batteries are required separately.
